What plans do you do you offer?

We offer flexible plans based on your business needs.
Some clients only need a website or an AI voice agent, while others choose an all-access system with full features. Pricing is customized based on what you actually use, with options ranging from low-cost, pay-as-you-go to full system access.

Are there any additional costs beyond my plan?

Some usage-based services—such as AI voice agents, phone calls, SMS, and email sending—do have additional costs based on how much you use them. These are direct pass-through charges, meaning we don’t mark them up. You’re billed exactly what we’re charged.

This keeps costs fair, transparent, and fully under your control, especially as your usage scales.

Are there contracts or refunds?

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can change or cancel at any time.

Because setup, onboarding, and system access are provided upfront, we do not offer refunds. This allows us to keep pricing fair and flexible without locking clients into contracts.

Do you offer website design?

Yes—with a flexible approach. During onboarding, we’ll gladly spend up to one hour importing, rebuilding, or setting up your website and then hand management over to you.

If you need additional design, revisions, or custom work beyond that, extra website design time can be purchased as a one-time charge. Pricing is discussed based on your specific needs.

What’s included with full access?

Full access includes all available features of the platform, email support, and fair-use monthly time for minor updates or new ideas related to the systems we’ve built for your business.

During onboarding, we’ll walk you through the core tools and show you how to operate the systems in place. Larger changes, custom builds, or extended setup beyond fair use can be added as one-time services if needed.

What if I want to add or change something after onboarding?

Just reach out to us. We’ll start with a complimentary call to understand what you’re looking to do and how it fits into your existing systems.

During that call, we’ll let you know whether it’s included with your current access or if it requires additional setup time as a one-time charge.
